Kim Kardashian You Can't Sue ME ... I'm a Hairy Armenian!

Kim Kardashian is seeking refuge in her hairy Armenian heritage -- asking a court to excuse her from a nasty beauty product lawsuit ... because she never lied about her fur-removal practices.

Kim just filed new docs in her ongoing legal battle with a beauty company called Radiant -- which sued her last November, claiming she's endorsing a competitor's hair removal product ... by making false claims.

According to Radiant's lawsuit, Kim falsely claimed TRIA -- a home laser hair-removal system -- works all over your body ... and yields permanent results. (Radiant says it does neither).

Radiant is pissed, claiming Kim's misleading TRIA endorsement has put their hair-removal product -- called no!no! hair -- at an unfair disadvantage.

But Kim insists ... everything she ever said about TRIA -- including how she uses it all over her body -- reflected her honest opinions and experiences.

As Kim said under oath, "Being Armenian and hairy, I thought [TRIA] was the perfect product."

Kim is now asking to be dismissed from the lawsuit.

Khloe Kardashian Bummed Out About Lamar Odom

Khloe Kardashian is trying really hard to stay positive about her husband getting the boot from the Mavericks ... but it's obvious, she's pretty bummed out.

Mrs. Lamar Odom arrived at LAX last night ... when she got asked about her hubby's embarrassing exit from his NBA team. Khloe simply explained, "It's just a crazy year."

Dallas dropped Lamar to the "inactive" list ... which means he won't play anymore this year and will most likely be traded right after the season ends.

Khloe said she'll miss living in Dallas ... but hints Odom could return to L.A. -- 'cause she got asked if there's a chance he'll play for the Lakers again, Khloe replied ... "Ya never know."

Facebook Famous ?! Facebook has gone wild.

Teens on facebook gone wild! In the video above there are pictures of people on facebook that have over 1,000 friends and recieves more than 20 messages a day. They call it "Facebook Famous". Twenty-Two year old Jasmine says "I wonder if there parents knows this, this generation of teens is crazy all of them swear they have swagg by wearing snapbacks and jean jackets, acting like they're grown" WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS? Seal Files Divorce Response Assets Bone of Contention

Seal has filed his response to Heidi Klum's divorce petition, and it looks like he's gearing up for a dispute over who gets what in the divorce.

TMZ already reported that Heidi claims there is a postnuptial agreement, which means there are no joint or community assets. But in Seal's papers, he claims there are "community and quasi-community assets" and he makes no mention of the postnup.

As for how much is on the line ... the answer is, a lot. Heidi is worth an estimated $70 million. Seal is reportedly worth around $15 million.

Seal is also asking for joint physical custody of their 4 kids -- Heidi wants primary physical custody, with Seal getting visitation.

Fact is ... based on photos and videos, Heidi has almost always had the kids when Seal was away, and given that he's away a lot on tour, giving her primary physical custody is pretty much status quo.

Seal wants the judge to deny spousal support to Heidi. For her part, she wants to deny spousal support to Seal. The reality ... they both make a lot of money and won't be getting support.

And, as for the date of separation, Seal is non-committal. He says it has not been determined. Heidi claims the date of separation was January 19, 2012.
