Jennifer Aniston Buys SICKEST Mansion Ever!!!

Jennifer Aniston is about to become the proud owner of an estate you will never be able to afford ...
Sources tells us ... Jennifer has purchased an 8,500 square foot mansion in Bel Air. The asking price was $24 million, but we're told Jennifer got it for a bargain -- only $21 mil.

The Mid Century house has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and unobstructed city and ocean views. The estate is just shy of 2 acres ... and in Bel Air, that's HUGE. And get this ... it even has a vineyard!

Jennifer's realtor is Jade Mills from Coldwell Banker in Bev Hills. Mills is having a good month. She repped Avril Lavigne, who sold her $8.5 million mansion to L.A. Clippers star Chris Paul last week.

We're told Jennifer will officially get the title to her new pad tomorrow.

Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry Judge Puts Off Decision

Halle Berry will have to wait until Monday to get a decision from a judge ... on whether her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, should be prohibited from having any contact with Nahla until the child endangerment investigation runs its course.

Sources said... Judge Scott Gordon heard the matter this AM because the judge who was handling the case is on vacation. After hearing the lawyers arguments, Judge Gordon decided he would not decide, but rather put the matter off until next Monday, when Judge Mark Juhas returns from vacation.

Judge Gordon did not grant an immediate emergency order for either side because he believed there are enough protections in place to keep Nahla safe until Monday's hearing.

We're told Halle and Gabriel did not address the judge.

Heidi Klum Shopped Around L.A. ... For Divorce Lawyers

Heidi Klum did not make a snap decision to divorce Seal. She's interviewed a number of the best divorce lawyers in L.A. over the last 2 weeks ...

Our sources say Heidi has already selected one of the lawyers based on her interviews, and as we first reported, she has already decided she will file for divorce.

We're told the interviews with the lawyers were conducted at a secret location because Heidi was concerned about a leak.

We're told all of the lawyers she met with have repped a number of celebrity clients -- the attorneys are among the most prominent in town.

And there's a twist. Seal can't hire any of the lawyers Heidi rejected because she shared confidential information with them, so representing Seal would create a conflict of interest. The good news for Seal -- there are still other good divorce lawyers to be had.

As we reported, when Heidi files, she will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce. Seal's temper, we're told, was a significant factor in her decision.

Demi Moore Rushed To Hospital For Substance Abuse

Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital last night ... and we're told the issue is substance abuse.

Law enforcement tells us a 911 call was placed at 10:45 PM Monday night. Paramedics responded to Demi's L.A. home and after assessing her for a half hour, she was transported to a local hospital.
Sources tell us she is being placed in a facility to "seek further professional assistance." Our sources say the treatment is for substance abuse.

Demi's rep said, "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

The orange bikini-clad 23-year-old actress was spotted on Thursday (January 19) while enjoying a PDA-filled ocean romp with boyfriend Austin Butler before heading to the beaches to bask in the Maui sunshine.

In the midst of promoting her upcoming movie "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island," Miss Hudgens recently spoke with Aussie press about transitioning from being the kid-next-door to a 'proper' actor, of which she replied, "It's honestly just following your heart. I have been jumping into some really interesting, heavy, dark dramatic films recently. As long as you're passionate, you'll get there (laughs)."

As for being drawn to 'darker' roles as of late, the brunette beauty said, “It’s just I’m growing up. And I’m not content doing the same thing. The whole process of creating the looks was amazing because I completely transformed into these unfortunate, I guess I’ll say, characters who don’t really have much of a voice. It’s fun to put your fists up and fight for roles you want."

Selena Gomez Holds 2nd Annual UNICEF Charity Concert

Doing what she can to help others, Selena Gomez hosted her 2nd Annual Charity Concert To Benefit UNICEF at House of Blues Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California last night (January 20).

The 19-year-old posed for pictures in the arrivals area before taking the stage with her The Scene bandmates for an acoustic set after Big Time Rush opened up the show.

During her time onstage, Miss Gomez treated concertgoers to renditions of an array of her hit tunes such as "Bang Bang Bang," "When the Sun Goes Down" and "Love You Like a Love Song".

She also dedicated a song to her mother Mandy, who recently suffered a miscarriage, as she said, "My mom couldn't be here today. I know these songs are gonna be on Youtube, so mom this one's for you!"

Voicing her gratitude for the support she receives from her loyal fans at show's end, Selena appreciatively told the audience, "Thank you guys so, so much. I am so, so thankful for each and every one of you in this room. I really hope you know that I would be absolutely nowhere and I'd have zero self confidence if it weren't for you people who give me the stregnth every day. So thank you, thank you, thank you!"

Sources close to the singer tell TMZ ... Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima was with Marc when a spot-on replica of Lady Liberty was tatted inside his right wrist on New Year's Eve in Miami. Marc's 17-year-old daughter Ariana (above, right) was also front and center.

We're told "Statue of Liberty" is Marc's pet name for Shannon ... because she "freed" him from his past. While he was at it -- Marc and Ariana also got unspecified matching tats on their outer wrists.

Jay-Z's 40/40 Club Busted Fridge Led to Health Code Violations

It was merely a case of bad luck that led to Jay-Z's 40/40 Club racking up a slew of health code violations ...

As we previously reported, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene cited the club big time Thursday night for a litany of violations ... which included several different instances of food being stored at improper temperatures.

But Ron Berkowitz, a rep for the club, told TMZ the motor in one of the refrigerators blew just moments before the health inspector arrived ... causing the temperature in the fridge to rise. Berkowtiz says the staff identified the problem immediately and had no intention of serving the food from that fridge.

Berkowitz says the fridge was fixed by noon the next day and the club was permitted to re-open.

He adds ... the club lost no business as a result of the issue and their health code grade is currently pending review.

Heidi Klum To File for Divorce From Seal

Heidi Klum will file for divorce from Seal ...

Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ ... Heidi will file divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court as early as next week. We're told Heidi will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the divorce.

The couple married May 10, 2005. They have 3 biological kids. Seal adopted Heidi's eldest girl from a prior relationship.

The couple is famous for renewing their vows every year on their anniversary ... in a lavish ceremony.

As for splitting up the goodies, there's a lot on the line. According to Forbes, in the last year alone, Klum raked in $20 million. It's unclear how much Seal made.

Heidi attended last Sunday's Golden Globes without Seal. The last photo she tweeted with him was back on December 26.

The last time TMZ filmed Seal and Heidi together, they asked her what the key to a successful marriage is. She didn't answer the question.

Joe Paterno Reportedly Near Death

Joe Paterno, the legendary former coach at Penn State University, is on his death bed ... this according to several reports.

A spokesman for the family says doctors have "characterized his status as serious."

Onward State, a student-run newspaper on campus, reported Saturday he had been taken off his respirator. The Citizens Voice, a newspaper in nearby Wilkes-Barre, PA, reported Paterno's wife Sue summoned close friends and longtime staff members to State College hospital.

TMZ reached out to Paterno's lawyer, who would only say rumors of JoePa's death were "not accurate."

Paterno was the coach at Penn State for 46 years, until he was famously fired by the school last November following the sexual abuse allegations against his former assistant coach, Jerry Sandusky.

Boycott Kim K Website Run By Convicted Con Man

The man behind BoycottKim.com is a convicted felon with a history of conning people -- and ... SURPRISE!!! ... there are serious questions over whether he's grossly exaggerated the number of people who have signed the petition to rid the world of all things Kardashian.

Frank Basti -- the man behind the movement -- is freshly off parole for a mail fraud conviction. Basti was nailed for sending notices to 5,000 California car dealerships, telling each of them they owed lots of money to the DMV and this was their final chance to pay ... or else.

Basti served federal prison time and was on parole until last July. Several months later Basti launched the Kardashian website.

Basti claims roughly 650,000 people have signed his petition. But according to Compete.com -- a prominent website traffic estimator -- only 24k unique visitors went to the site in December and 20k in November.

Basti tells TMZ it's not a scam and he's counting a previous petition and his Facebook page connected to his Kardashian website to justify the 650,000 number. He insists he's not making any money off the site

As for why Basti wants to Boycott the Kardashians ... he says he's offended that mainstream media is covering them like a serious news story.

Etta James Dead at 73

Legendary R&B singer Etta James -- famous for her hit songs "At Last" and "Something's Got a Hold on Me" -- has died.

The singer -- whose health was on a rapid decline the last few years -- was diagnosed with leukemia in 2010. She also suffered from dementia and Hepatitis C.

Her live-in doctor announced the singer was "terminally ill" last month, after her leukemia was declared incurable.

Etta died at a hospital in Riverside, California ... her manager confirmed.

She won 6 Grammys in her lifetime -- including Best Jazz Vocal Performance in 1994 -- and was voted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

And how cool is this? Etta's in the top 10 right now -- Flo Rida heavily samples her on his hit, "Good Feeling." Etta was 73.

Warren Buffett has more important things to worry about than who Kim Kardashian is -- so it should come as no surprise that he really doesn't know what it is she, you know ... does for a living.

How Warren got asked about his feelings on Kim is rather interesting. Buffett, the world's third richest man, is an advocate of increasing taxes on the wealthy. Kim has found herself the target of a group that claims she doesn't pay her fair share of income taxes.

So TIME magazine asked Buffett what he thought about Kim K. His reply: "I've seen her name, but I wouldn't be able to tell what she does but put her name in the paper."

J.Lo and Marc reunited briefly yesterday at a Pasadena news conference to promote their upcoming talent search TV show for Univision. The former couple shared a stage and answered a few questions ... but only about the show.

Bone Thugs Rapper Sued He Whipped Me in the Face ... With His Mic!

A female rap fan says she was permanently scarred by a Bone Thugs-n-Harmony performance ... when one of the rappers flung his microphone right into her face ... this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The woman says she was hanging out near the front of the stage at a Bone Thugs show in Missouri in 2010 ... when Layzie Bone began to swing the mic in the air.

According to the suit ... Layzie "lost control of the microphone, launching it into the crowd" and striking the woman right in the head.

The woman claims she suffered bruises, contusions and severe lacerations to her head which left permanent scars. She also claims she became sick, sore, lame and disordered as a result.

Now, the woman is demanding Layzie and the rap group fork over some serious cash to make things right -- more than $25,000.

Calls to Bone Thugs have not been returned.

Lindsay Lohan Cutting It Close with Probation

Lindsay Lohan goes before Judge Stephanie Sautner tomorrow for her second probation progress report and she will once again pass with flying colors ... but this time it came down to the wire ...

As the judge dictated back in November, Lindsay was required to complete 12 morgue visits and 4 psychotherapy sessions by Tuesday's court hearing. Sources close to Lindsay tell us she's done just that ... but she completed the last 2 morgue visits on Friday and Saturday.

According to our sources, Lindsay has been a model morgue employee. Translation -- She gets the job done with no drama and she's friendly with the staff.

After tomorrow's hearing Lindsay will be at the halfway mark of her probation. She has another hearing February 15, where she'll have to show proof she completed another 12 morgue visits and 4 therapy classes. And on March 29 -- her final hearing -- she must show she's completed the remaining 17 morgue visits and 6 therapy classes.

Should Lindsay slip up at any point, she gets 270 days behind bars.

We'll be in court tomorrow.
