The Hannah Montana star turned 19 on Nov. 23, and celebrated with a birthday party thrown by pal Kelly Osbourne at Beacher's Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

In a video of the private bash obtained by The Daily, Cyrus seemingly admits to being a fan of smoking marijuana.

"This is amazing," she says of a cake baked to look like known pot-smoker Bob Marley, which Osbourne presented to her friend. "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a 'Bob Miley' cake. You know you smoke way too much f––ing weed."



Osbourne then takes the mic and tells the birthday girl, "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley."

While celebrating her 18th birthday last year, Cyrus was seen smoking salvia, a legal herb with hallucinogenic effects, from a bong at a party.

"It was a bad decision," she said of the incident, which was caught on camera, "because of my fans and because of what I stand for."

A rep for Cyrus responded Monday to the latest incident, saying, "This is so ridiculous. The cake was a joke, and Miley was being sarcastic."

And Osbourne Tweeted about it – concurring it was a joke: "let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!" she wrote. "the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!"

Osbourne continued in another Tweet hash-tagged #think: "u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner!"

"It's soooo exciting!" her sister Kim tells PEOPLE. "They are so happy and so am I!"

Kourtney, 32, and Disick, 28, who have been together for four years – on a sometimes rocky road involving their relationship – will also soon be celebrating son Mason Dash Disick's birthday. He turns 2 on Dec. 14.

As the Kourtney & Kim Take New York star told PEOPLE during her first pregnancy, "This baby was unexpected, but it's 100 percent a blessing."
Soon after Mason's arrival, Kourtney's younger sister, Khloé Kardashian, even remarked on what a change he brought to her sibling, Tweeting: "Wow my sister has changed. She used to whip her boobs out for no reason. Now she does it to feed her child."

Kris Humphries filed Wednesday for an annulment from Kim Kardashian, seeking to erase his 72-day marriage on the grounds of fraud.

Even though the pair have a prenuptial agreement and no children, the NBA player is now set up for a possible legal fight with the reality starlet, who has filed for divorce.

"There's a clear conflict if one spouse is seeking a divorce, but the other wants an annulment," says family law attorney Scott Weston, who is not involved in the case. "A judge will have to decide which to allow, which could take many months."

But a source close to Kardashian says that a battle may be avoided.

"She always wanted an annulment but attorneys were against it so she's happy that both parties agree now," says the source.

In his Superior Court filing, Humphries marks the box reading "nullity of voidable marriage" and checks as the basis the box saying "fraud."

Under California law, a nullity is granted if the court finds that no valid marriage ever occurred. Along with fraud, grounds for an annulment include bigamy, incest, force or if the couple are under the age of consent.

Humphries's papers say that if he's denied an annulment then he wants a legal separation – not a divorce.

Humphries and Kardashian do agree on one point: the date of separation, which he also lists as Oct. 31.

After a whirlwind three-month engagement, the pair were married in a lavish ceremony filmed for Kardashian's show on E!.

Adele, the Brit with the powerhouse voice, earned six Grammy Award nominations Wednesday night, including nods in all three of the award show's major categories: album of the year; record of the year; and song of the year.

Kanye West, however, snagged the most recognition, leading with seven nominations, many of which stem from Watch the Throne, his collaboration with Jay-Z.

This year, like last, the Grammys spread the wealth across genres, with rockers Foo Fighters and R&B crooner Bruno Mars each picking up six nominations. Not far behind: rapper Lil Wayne and electronic dance jam pioneer Skrillex, who both pulled in five nominations, while indie rocker Bon Iver, Nicki Minaj, Mumford & Sons and Rihanna each earned four nominations.

Bon Iver, a new face at the Grammys, was also nominated for best new artist alongside The Band Perry; J. Cole; Minaj and Skrillex.

Major Nominees

For record of the year, nominees were Adele ("Rolling in the Deep"), Bruno Mars ("Grenade"), Bon Iver ("Holocene"), Mumford and Sons ("The Cave") and Katy Perry ("Firework").

Album of the year will pit Adele (21) against the Foo Fighters (Wasting Light); Lady Gaga (Born this Way); Bruno Mars (Doo-Wops & Hooligans); and Rihanna (Loud).

Vying for Song of the Year, which is awarded to composers: Kanye West and Rihanna ("All of the Lights"), Mumford and Sons ("The Cave"), Bruno Mars ("Grenade"), Bon Iver ("Holocene") and Adele ("Rolling in the Deep").

Many of the major nominations were announced during an hour-long CBS special hosted by LL Cool J from L.A.'s Club Nokia.

Lady Gaga kicked off the night with a haute Halloween-style performance of her new single, "Marry the Night."

Rihanna, Sugarland – fronted by the recently married Jennifer Nettles – Jason Aldean and Ludacris also stepped up to the stage.

Hollywood is no stranger to plastic surgery -- and this week, a couple stars are making headlines for going under the knife or denying they ever had to.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show wasn't the only place to see Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio and Lily Aldridge flaunt their curves in some revealing outfits last night.

The three models showed off some serious skin at a viewing party in Costa Mesa for the lingerie-packed runway show on Tuesday.

Miranda looked gorgeous as ever in a leopard print dress, while Alessandra took the plunge in a daring gold number. Lily showed off her legs in a short mini-dress.

J.Lo was photographed draping her arms around the 24-year-old's neck before kissing him on the lips. Casper is seen planting one on her cheek too.

And, is it just us, or does it looks like Lopez is still wearing her giant wedding ring from Marc Anthony?

Since the photos, taken November 18, the two have been spotted on vacation together in Hawaii.

Vinny Guadagnino from "Jersey Shore" has issued a formal apology for rapping about pretend-raping strippers in a new song he posted to YouTube this morning.

The "Jersey Shore" star went to his blog ... and wrote, "I'd like to apologize for the rap. Was meant to be a funny take on an already 'dirty' song - funny since I'm known as the 'good boy'."

He added, "I am 100 percent against violence of any kind. I work with many organizations to stop violence and bullying, and will continue to. It's something I strongly believe in. Very sorry to anyone I've offended."

As we previously reported Vinny has already pulled the song from YouTube.

Bow Wow is all grown up now, but just because he's a lil older ... doesn't mean he's learned how to pay off Uncle Sam -- he owes almost six figures in back taxes, this according to court documents.

A tax lien filed in Florida by the federal government says the rapper, real name Shad Gregory Moss, owes the government $91,105.61 for unpaid taxes from the year 2006.

A pair of magical sneakers won't solve this problem.
